This pin is part of a Classic Characters Concert surprise pin series that will be released at Disneyland at random times during 2014. The characters come from the 1935 cartoon short, "The Band Concert". These characters can also be found as part of the theming on Silly Symphony Swings in DCA. This pin features Horace Horsecollar.
