Pin celebrates the "Spring Voyage 2013" Event at TDS. It appears to be one of four pins available as a GWP when you dine at the Hotel MiraCosta in TDS. Duffy the Bear, ShellieMay Bear are sitting in a blue suitcase with labels on it. In 2012, Tokyo DisneySea replaced their "Spring Carnival" with “Mickey and Duffy’s Spring Voyage". It centered around Mickey, Minnie, Duffy, and ShellieMay voyaging to three ports in the park to see how spring was celebrated around TDS. Each location had their own show: Mediterranean Harbor (Italy), American Waterfront (New York), and the Arabian Coast. Dates for the "Spring Voyage" events: 4/3-6/30/2012, 3/18-6/30/2013, and 4/2-6/23/2014.
