Figment is dressed as Ben Franklin in red, white and blue as he holds Amos (from "Ben and Me") in his hand. Amos is holding the American flag and he's pin on pin. This is a fairly big pin with two posts. I was told this pin celebrates Flag Day. The red backing card reads, Walt Disney/Imagineering/Characters/Holidays.
