This is a pin that was given away at the e3 electronics expo a couple of years ago to celebrate the release of Guilty Party for the Nintendo Wii by Disney Interactive. It features Max Dickens from the game, who is the son of Dorian (aka the Commodore). He is dressed in a grey trench coat and hat with a white shirt and pink tie.
