One of fifteen pins from the DCA Construction Fence set of Hidden Mickey pins in the fifth series released in Wave B at Disneyland in California in 2012. Each rectangular pin features a classic Disney character and a small Hidden Mickey icon on a light-blue background. The pin is framed in brown, with a sign at the top bearing the name of the character in silver. The characters are ready for different construction jobs. This pin features Horace Horsecollar wearing a grey hard hat, carrying a board on his left shoulder. A small Mickey icon is located in the top-left of the pin. The twelve common pins include Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pegleg Pete, Pluto, Clarabelle Cow, Horace Horsecollar, Clara Cluck, and Mortimer Mouse.
