Throughout the history of all the Disney parks, canoe races have been held pitting teams of Cast Members from various areas of the parks against each other in the Explorer Canoes in a race around the Rivers of America. Occasionally a pin was produced to commemorate the occasion and this is the only piece I have ever seen which comes from what was then EuroDisney, now Disneyland Paris. This pin features Mickey in a boat. Toobiemania is their name for the event. The French name "En coulisse" is the name of the internal magazine of Eurodisney for the cast members. The canoe race was an event organized for the cast members by this magazine. "en coulisse"="backstage"
