In this series we have some Disney dogs in the dog pound. This pin features Zero from the Nightmare Before Christmas, floating in the dog pound cage. The cage has a pink frame, with the bone on the top that reads "DOG POUND". The lock on the cage is a pin on pin element. This the Dog Pound cage that can be found in Toontown at DLR, used as a photo-op spot.
