**This is the Pre Production/Prototype version of pin 60817** Goofy catches a topiary wave during the 15th annual Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot®. This limited edition pin was created especially for Passholders. The pin features Goofy as a pin-on-pin element. The festival runs from Mar. 19-June 1, 2008. Goofy is riding a purple surfboard through some greenery waves. The top of the pin in a yellow cloud/balloon reads EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival 2008. To purchase this pin, Passholders must present valid Walt Disney World® Passholder ID at the register. Limit of two pins, per Passholder, per style, per day. All pins are available while supplies last. This pin will not be available via Mail Order. This pin will be released at Epcot® - Pin Central This pin is stamped PP on the back
