National Doctors' Day is celebrated annually in the US on March 30th, after legislation to recognize Doctors' Day was signed into law by President George H. W. Bush in 1990. In India, Doctor's Day (note spelling difference) is held on July 1st, to commemorate Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy.
