She is one of a series of 14 pins released in 2003 during the 10th anniversary of the Nightmare Before Christmas (NBC) celebration during Disneyland's Haunted Mansion Holiday (HMH) event. Participants would collect 13 pins to be eligible for a free pin. Pins were released on Saturdays during October at the Le Bat en Rouge and the Premiere Shop. This pin is stamped AP on the back.
