Front Description
This pin is given to guest who complete a program at the Disney Institute. The program this pin is given for is called Innovations in Action. The Disney people know just how many guests are on each tour, and they only bring enough pins to hand out one to each guest, and one to the bus driver. This is the most common of these pins. There are also some with black, green, and yellow graduation hats/caps. The MOST rare one I've seen is with a gold hat and '00 in the tassle, to represent the year 2000. This pin was also given to some attendees of the Disneyana Convention at Disneyana Discoveries Seminars in 1999. In 2002, this was given for the behind-the-scenes tour of Walt Disney World. Included WDW laundry facilities, the North service area (where the machine shops and other service facilities of WDW are located), a walking tour of the history of the Magic Kingdom, Utilidor system,the South service area (the horticultural facilities and tree farm that services WDW). This pin is given out to companies who book the innovations in action tour for their conventions. Tour guide said that pin is given out to less than 1% of all guests.
