This is the Artist's Proof of Pin #55713. They are the same except for the 'AP' stamped on the back. Kermit is in Disney MGM Studios, high atop the Muppet Vision 3-D building. Only the top half of his body is visible and he has his left arm leaning on the building. Part of set #55708.
