Front Description
This pin is from the 1980's and likely commemorates the comic book that spawned the 1991 Disney movie "The Rocketeer" (as one member mentions) Those words are inside a circle below the Rocketeer helmet, which has a green enamel eye and red in the center of the circle, behind the helmet. The rest of the detailing on the pin is black on the gold base metal. EDIT: I found this pin in Tomart's Disneyana Guide to Pin Trading (1st Edition) - it is pin AA2212 in the book. The back of the pin is waffled, except for a rectangular box with the following text in it: GRAPHITTI DESIGNS (C) 1985 DAVE STEVENS ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
