This pin is part of a series of large, very limited cast member recognition pins, used for the Disneyland Resort Travel Services Company in Anaheim. The series features 8 different pins. The upper part of each pin features a character while the bottom features the text Ears Of Excellence. On the left is the set of Mickey ears. The pins are given to the top service performers during late 2006 and 2007. The pins had to be awarded to the cast member for performance. The back of the pin is stamped DRTSC Cast Exclusive.
