Front Description
DREAM stands for Disney Resort Experiences Are Magical. This is a shiny silver set of Mickey ears or head. Every Cast Member who worked in a resort during this program received the silver pin. There are two versions of the silver pin- one with white writing (shown here) and one with black writing. There is also a similar gold pin with DREAM in black. The pin measures 5/8" (1.6 cm) tall by 3/4" (1.9 cm) wide.
