This is a small brass-colored pin that is only available to Cast Members who receive it after working for Disney for 1 (one) year. It is Mickey Mouse as Steamboat Willie, facing left, at a ship's wheel. Given in a plastic box with clear cover. Cast Members put it on a nametag, traditionally.
