This pin does have (c) Disney on the back, but I am told it is a Bootleg pin. Stitch is lying in his box with a pillow and a blanket. He is holding Scrump's head in his hand while Scrump's body lies on the yellow carpet at the side of Stitch's box. The words Coca-Cola, the McDonald's "M" and Walt Disney are printed on a red area just below the yellow rug
