This is the Dumbo pin from the "Wish Upon a Star" framed set from Japan features several Disney animated characters on a star-strewn, dark blue background. I believe this was limited to only 200 sets. Dumbo is flying with the "magic feather" in his grasp with Timothy Q. Mouse sitting in his hat.
