Front Description
It's a small pin of Sleeping Beauty's castle and the bridge leading to its entrance. The entrance is shaped like Mickey's head and ears. This pin is actually silver. Some have ©Disney on the reverse others do not. There is also a gold version. This was given to only exceptional Disneyland cast members who qualified to win the highest award bestowed upon a cast member by the Walt Disney Company. Very few people won this award. Update: Unlike Disney World where Spirt pins are awarded once in a life time, at Disneyland you can be awarded more than one. At Disneyland they have different pins for 1st award, 2nd and so on. There is a version of this pin with a diamond in the center for a second award.
