Front Description

This is an old painted metal pin of Mickey Mouse on ice skates. It is one of a series of at least three pins featuring Disney characters involved in winter activities. All the pins in this series were dipped in white enamel (such as was done with pots and pans in the 1940s) and then hand painted. Mickey is wearing a red and green holiday Christmas outfit and skates. The backstamp is, "© WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS." Other pins in the series include Goofy (#15679) and Donald Duck (#50329).
