Front Description
This pin was one of a series release on the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser live-action, themed hotel experience that was active beginning March 1, 2022 until permanent closure in September 30, 2023. This was located next to the Hollywood Studios theme park in Bay Lake, Florida. The Galactic Starcruiser two-night immersive experience allowed guests to stay aboard the Chandrila Star Line ship Halcyon with a choose-your-own adventure style array of activities that was intended to simulate being on the actual ship with guests being able to choose a storyline including Resistance, Smuggler or First Order. The minimum room rate for the experience was $4800 for two people in order to access the Starcruiser. Souvenirs, including pins, were available at "Chandrila Collection", a store in the hotel. All pins from the Galactic Starcruiser are officially retired as of its closure. This pin features the text Chandrila Star Line at the bottom and the initials CSL across the center of the pin. There is a gold coloured ship slider that moves to the right and reveals a hidden red Resistance symbol underneath it. This was a playful nod to the fact that guests could be hidden members of the Resistance infiltrating the crew.
