This nine-pin Redwood Creek Challenge Trail Badges set of 2013 Hidden Mickey pins was the fourth series in the Wave A release at Disneyland California Adventure. Each round pin has a simple outline of a different emblem. The six emblems represent the badges needed to earn the title of “Senior Wilderness Explorer” at the Challenge Trail in the park. Of course, the whole concept was inspired by the little scout, Russell, as seen in the Disney Pixar animated movie, UP! The small Hidden Mickey icon can be found on the right side of the solid-colored pin backgrounds. The six common pins include the Wilderness Explorer merit badges for Tracking, Bravery, Rock Climbing, Wolf Howl, Animal Spirit, and Puzzle Solving. The Wolf Howl and Animal Spirit badges are repeated on the two silver Chaser pins. The Wilderness Explorer badge is featured on the Completer pin.
