Front Description
This is an very early 1 year service award pin given to a Disneyland Resort Cast Members on their first year anniversary with the Disney. This version of the pin was given out up until the early 1980s, after which it was replaced by the Steamboat Willie pin (#434). This pin is a variant of pin #10145. This version has noticeably closer set ears than #10145. The green paint on this version is often "thinner", or potentially more prone to wear, and often the underlying gold pebbled surface of the pin is visible through the green paint. Both versions can be seen without any backstamp; however this will occasionally bear an "18+" backstamp (indicated 18+ karat gold) whereas #10145 can have a "JOSTENS" backstamp.
