It has a pencil with the topper shaped like Mickey's ears and the logo on it reads Disney College of knowledge. This pin is given (awarded) to Cast Members who work for Disney's Reservation Center who sucessfully complete and graduate Disney's College of Knowledge course. It is also given to travel agents who complete the same course. It is very rare! This pin has been retired and replaced with pin 12131 Size (in inches): 5/8 W x 1 H. One post. Gold-finished. Back is smooth, not textured. Below the post, two lines: © Disney (in fancy script, not plain block lettering) MADE IN TAIWAN (plain block letters, smaller font than the line above) Possible updated backstamp: "©Disney China"
