Front Description
This pin has a black background with Mickey and Minnie sitting on a picnic blanket. Mickey and Minnie are singing and Mickey is playing the guitar. Pluto is holding a picnic basket in him mouth with a string of sausages coming out of either side of the basket. There is a lamp post on Minnie's left. At the top of the pin are the words "BEST Date Night EVER, MICKEY & MINNIE'S RUNAWAY RAILWAY" with BEST and EVER in red, Date Night in script in yellow and the rest in silver. There are stars and music notes surrounding the words. There are purple, yellow and pink flowers on either side of the bottom of the pin. Pin is 1 5/8" high and 1 5/8" wide. This is a pin on pin with the entire section of Mickey, Minnie and Pluto as the top pin. Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway is a trackless dark ride Walt Disney World Resort & in Disneyland Resort. The attraction, the first Mickey Mouse-themed ride-through attraction at a Disney theme park, features an original story based on the stylized world from the Paul Rudish television series. The attraction was first announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios at the D23 Expo in July 2017 as part of the unveiling of 23 improvements to Disney Parks, including four new rides across the Florida theme parks. At Disney World, the attraction opened in Disney's Hollywood Studios on March 4, 2020, and is housed within the park's replica of Grauman's Chinese Theatre, replacing The Great Movie Ride. At Disneyland, the attraction opened in Mickey's Toontown on January 27, 2023, and is housed in a new show building within the El CapiTOON Theater, a pun on the El Capitan Theatre. At the beginning of the ride, guests are invited to watch the premiere of a new Mickey Mouse cartoon, Perfect Picnic, in which Mickey and Minnie Mouse prepare for a picnic outing and encounter Goofy driving a train.
