This pin says ESPN Skybox with Disney Cruise Line underneath it. There is a picture of a referee with a gold whistle on it. The pin appears to be made from a pewter colored metal. Pin available only onboard Cruise ship. ESPN lost the right to use the referee logo as it looks very similar to foot locker's referee logo.
