This pin is a chaser of PP#127903. This HM set was distributed between both DLR and WDW. This all silver pin is of elephant Dumbo. He has big feet and could be mistaken as a plush toy or stuffed animal. On the left side of his head is a hat and he's wearing three rows of ruffles around his neck.
