This is a 2015 Hidden Mickey Wave B Disneyland resort pin. Rapunzel in her purple dress has her head turned toward her right shoulder. Her long blonde hair flows to her left which is the right side of the pin. She is pictured from below her bodice on a light blue diamond background. The Mickey Icon is on the left side in the diamond.
