This is Version 4 of the Fish Frame pin from the October 2017 DS Online Park Pack. It features Scuttle, the seagull, from The Little Mermaid. He is combing his hair with a dinglehopper or fork. He is framed by orange, blue, pink, purple, and yellow fish around the top of the pin, pink, purple, and yellow coral, and green, yellow, and orange sea plants. It is a Silver base metal. There are 6 pins in this series, each limited edition 500. Each frame features a different scene from the movie. The top box is the 2017 ODPT logo. The second box says Pin 4 of 6 and Limited Edition 500. The third box: ©DISNEY and Made in China. The FAC-036223-17241 is imprinted beside the ODPT. Pin has two posts with no nubs.
