This is the membership pin for 1998. This pin was issued to WDCS members who purchased the 1998 Dumbo Fall event sculpture or who signed up to join the WDCC during the event weekend. 1 1/4"W. The Walt Disney Collectors Society launched in 1993 to support the Walt Disney Classics Collection, this society was the first official membership organization for Disney fans and enthusiasts sponsored by Disney itself. Headed originally by Paula Sigman, the Society published Sketches in its quarterly magazine and offered member-only Classics Collection pieces.
