Released at M & P shop in Japan. This is from the series called Disney History of Art. This pin is an error because instead of the 11:55 it is supposed to reflect on the clock according to the story it actually says 11:00. The correct time should show 11:55 on the clock. It seems the hands are reversed. Cinderella is going down the stairs because it is going nearly twelve midnight.
