The origin of this pin is unclear. It's one of a series of "Team Disney" pins. This one has orange background with Mickey Mouse, Pluto dog, Goofy and Donald Duck. It says "Disney Team." The origin of Disney Team is Disneyland, from the Team Design Building in the park. In 1999, the pin appeared at the Cast Member Company D store at WDW. The Walt Disney World version of this pin is a gold-finished, textured back pin and measures 1 9/16" tall by 1 1/4" wide.
