This is the Pre Production Prototype of Pin 98267. The PP indicator is located on the back of the pin in the ODPT box in the upper right corner. Minnie as Sally. From MNSSHP Mystery Box set (98015) Pin has a ghost on the pin with the words "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2013" on it and there is a large full moon in the background, with bats flying in the moonlight. Minnie is dressed as Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas.
