Pin given when you joined the Walt Disney Collector's Society (WDCS) in 1997 pictures classic Mickey wearing white gloves and top hat and tails. He's wearing uncharacteristic red shoes. His righ hand is holding the brim of his top hat. Behind Mickey is a rectangular green box with gold writing of Walt Disney's signature and COLLECTORS SOCIETY. 1 1/4"W. The Walt Disney Collectors Society launched in 1993 to support the Walt Disney Classics Collection, this society was the first official membership organization for Disney fans and enthusiasts sponsored by Disney itself. Headed originally by Paula Sigman, the Society published Sketches in its quarterly magazine and offered member-only Classics Collection pieces.
