Disneyland VIP Tour guide Mickey Mouse. Mickey is seen wearing the VIP tour guide costume (same cosutume as Guest Relations) He is wearing his name tag which reads Mickey. Mickey does not have the Blue Blazer, just the plaid vest. on the back of the pin it reads Disneyland® Resort VIP Tour © Disney Made in China. There is also: S831-3888-5-11146. It does not mention anything about being Limited Edition. I would have to guess that is a gift, given to people who take a VIP tour at Disneyland.
