**This is the Artist Proof version of pin #38523** Nurse Mickey and Nurse Minnie are celebrating Nurses Day 2005 with this Limited Edition pin. There is a syringe on the left with a pink heart at the bottom of the needle. Mickey weras a light blue/green uniform and holds a clipboard. Minnie wears a nurse's hat and a stethoscope around her neck and carries a white box with a handle. Top reads "Walt Disney World".
