Front Description
This pin was given to California travel agents and reservationists to encourage them to promote the Disneyland 50th Anniversary "Night of Magic" promotion. Mickey, facing left, is at the bottom of this basically oval pin, looking up toward the blue Castle with red flags (which is at the upper left side). Disneyland Hotel is in red in the center of the pin, with "pixie dust" in gold encircling the outer edge of the pin. It has somewhat the look of a Cast Member nametag (name tag). The card on which the pin came reads as follows: "FREE* Night of Magic! It's our 50th Anniversary and there has never been a more magical time to make vacation dreams come true. When your guests stay at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort this Fall, they'll receive a 4th Night FREE.* "*Arrivals 8/28-12/18/05, travel completed by 12/22/05. Blackout dates and other restrictions apply. Limit to (1) free night per reservation. Offer suject to availability. Subject to change without notice." The Disneyland 50 logo was in the lower right-hand corner of the card. This pin measures 1 3/4" wide (45 mm), and is 1 5/8" (41 mm) tall. The reverse reads, "© Disney, China."
