Front Description
The pin is a shiny silver finished padlock with the words "EFFICIENCY" embossed on its face. There is a shiny gold "EFFICIENCY" star topped key hanging by a small key chain attached to the lock tang. The lock does not open. The pin back has 2 horizontal posts in the middle on a gold Mickey icon waffle pattern. In the middle is the official 2014 ODPT logo, below which is has "Cast Exclusive" and below that it has "(c)DISNEY MADE IN CHINA." To the right of the logo it has the code #P389-7448-2-14133. The pin comes on a special black colored backer card trimmed in silver with the words "UNLOCK THE MAGIC" at the top and "CAST EXCLUSIVE" at the bottom of the front of the card. The back of the card reads: "Efficiency - I perform role efficiently, so Guests get the most out of their visit. I use my time and resources wisely."
