Unsure of the exact year, but this is an older Disney Channel pin featuring Pinocchio on top of the Disney Channel logo. This waffle-textured back pin measures 1 1/4" tall by 1/2" wide. The backstamp says, "(c) 1985-WALT DISNEY-PRODUCTIONS". BEWARE! There is a fake pin that looks exactly the same but with nothing written on the back.
