This is one of 12 limited edition pins of the "Epcot 15th Anniversary Framed Set" (#7033). It originally sold through Disney Catalog. With the start of pin trading, the unsold sets were sold at WDW parks until they sold out in 2000. It is individually-numbered on the back and has "© Disney, Limited Edition ____/1000." Mickey Mouse, lower left facing right, is shown waist up. wearing a red fez. He carries two suitcases with many colorful stickers, and has a black camera around his neck. The pavilion's minaret, in green, is at top right in front of a blue background. The word "Morocco" is outlined across the top. NOTE: There is a similar, open stock edition of this pin (#12674). It is not numbered, made of a much lighter weight stock, and has a red background instead of a blue background. The pin measures 1 3/8" (34 mm) wide by 1 5/8" (42 mm) tall.
